Alberto Garcia
Director & Lawyer
Director and Solicitor Alberto Garcia brings a unique combination of legal, military, law enforcement and business experience to Everything Legal.
Before entering the legal profession, Alberto served for 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, including service as an NBC Officer with the 1st Marine Division.
He subsequently worked in Queensland law enforcement and corrective services, including experience as a Protective Services Officer, Corrective Services Officer and Tactical Response Officer.
That background has shaped Alberto's approach to legal practice. Discipline, preparation, strategic thinking, resilience and a strong commitment to protecting others are principles that remain central to the way he represents his clients.
Alberto understands that legal problems can have significant consequences for individuals and families. His approach is therefore focused on preparation, advocacy and achieving the best practical outcome available for each client.

Bernadette McShane, Principal Lawyer, brings extensive legal and professional experience to Everything Legal.
Bernadette holds a Master's degree from Bond University and has developed a wealth of experience across legal practice, government and private-sector environments.
Her professional background includes government positions in Canada, providing her with valuable experience in government administration, policy and complex regulatory environments.
Bernadette also brings substantial experience in Wills and Estates, assisting clients with important matters involving estate planning, succession and the administration of estates.
Her experience allows Everything Legal to provide clients with a broader perspective when dealing with complex legal and personal circumstances.
